Jeddah: 7,000+ Patients Served by Neuroscience Center of King Abdullah Medical Complex in 5 Months

​​According to Jeddah Health Affairs, over the past five months, the Neuroscience Center of King Abdullah Medical Complex has provided its medical services to 7,070 patients, including neurological disorders cases, neurosurgeries, and psychological cases. “The center has performed 188 surgeries, and served 6,882 outpatients,” stated the Affairs.


The Neuroscience Center of King Abdullah Medical Complex-Jeddah is a center specialized in the treatment of strokes, epilepsy, memory impairment or memory loss (amnesia), Parkinson's disease, spine surgeries, brain tumors, peripheral neuropathy, movement disorders, headaches of all kinds, multiple sclerosis, and spinal column diseases, neuromuscular disorders, brain hemorrhage, muscle disorders.

It is noted that the center had earlier obtained the accreditation of the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS), as a training center affiliated to the Saudi Specialty Certificate Programs.
