According to the Northern Borders Health Affairs, over the first quarter of this year (2022), North Medical Tower Hospital has served 17,978 outpatients and 15,474 emergencies. Also, the hospital has performed 377,440 lab tests and 9,366 radiological examinations.
Within the same vein, the surgical team of the hospital has successfully saved an injured person’s hand from amputation after a piece of iron fell on it and cut veins and arteries. Immediately, the patient was admitted to the operating room and the surgical team connected veins and all supplemental arteries of his wrist and fingers, in addition to the nerves. By Allah’s grace, the surgery took about 7 hours, and was crowned with success. Three days after the surgery, the motion has returned to the affected fingers.
