According to Hail Health Affairs, Sharaf Hospital has performed 85 botulinum toxin (more commonly known as Botox) injections within a couple of days (40 yesterday and other 45 others today); to treat children with strabismus (squint), as part of one-day surgeries. It is noted that these injections take a short time, and are safe for children, suffering from varying degrees of strabismus, as well as maintaining eye muscles.
