Under the auspices of the Saudi Minister of Health, Eng. Fahad bin Abdurrahman Al-Jalajel, the Kingdom will host the 8th international conference of the Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) Life Support Organization in South Asia and Africa in Riyadh on 26-28 February, 2022.
The Conference will touch on the latest extracorporeal life support developments, and discuss the world ECMO experiences worldwide during the COVID-19 pandemic, in addition to providing new scientific evidence, and highlighting progress achieved in the Echocardiogram (Echo) Services Program.
The target audience of the Conference include intensive care physicians, heart physicians and surgeons, ER physicians, perfusionists, intensive care nurses, cardiac care surgeons, and respiratory therapists. On the sidelines of the conferences, a number of workshops will be held, including a workshop on ECMO, and extracorporeal respiratory membrane oxygenation for adults, and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation for children.
