King Fahad Hospital- Madinah, over the past year, has conducted 158,402 radiological exams through 9 sections, including 24,519 CT scans, 9,764 magnetic x-rays, 15,181 sonograms, 708 bone density scans, 257 analog x-rays, 105,489 fixed x-rays and 1,350 mammograms. Also, 382 radiological services were provided by the nuclear medicine and radiology departments, and 752 examinations by the department of interventional radiology, contributing to the removal of blood clots.
