According to Hail Health Affairs, over the last December, the Central Blood Banks has conducted 5,728 lab tests. Also, the bank has issued 403 blood units to the region’s hospitals, received 236 donors, and conducted 3 blood donation campaigns, during the same period.
The Central Blood Bank receives donors from Sunday to Thursday, 08:00 am to 07:00 pm. Also, the Bank has obtained the accreditation certificate by the Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI), 2021, after successfully meeting the accreditation standards and provided a number of modern laboratory equipment, it added.
