According to Najran Health Affairs, over the last month of September, Eradah Complex and Mental Health has provided its services to 1,483 beneficiaries, with 480 emergencies and 1,003 outpatients. Also, the complex has conducted 13 brain synchronizing therapy (BST) sessions, 1,550 lab tests, and refilled 3,325 prescriptions.
It is to be noted that the complex has held a number of awareness events on the occasion of the World Mental Health Day, which was held under the theme: “Mental health care for all: let's make it a reality”, at malls, parks, and schools. They included providing psychological and social counseling, briefing visitors on the mechanism of some psychological tests, introducing psychiatric drugs, and changing some common misconceptions regarding medications, as well as educating them about the healthiest foods that maintain mental and physical health for all ages.
