According to Najran Health Affairs, over the first half of the year (2021), the anti-smoking clinics have provided their services to 1,542 beneficiaries through 17 clinics across hospitals and healthcare centers in the region.
“The clinics have served 820 beneficiaries of educational programs and 400 beneficiaries of therapeutic services, as well as helping 411 persons quit smoking. Also, the tobacco control teams have conducted 149 inspection tours through public and private facilities, in addition to 269 sales outlets,” stated the Affairs.
