According to Riyadh Health Affairs, over the past year, the Regional Laboratory and Blood Bank has conducted 14,319,764 tests. It pointed out that the laboratory has conducted 600,667 testing for the Novel Coronavirus and 52 blood donation campaigns were carried out, with 42,760 blood donors during the same period.
The ISO medical laboratory accreditation has been extended for most laboratories and blood banks in Riyadh region’s hospitals; thus contributing to ensuring the provision of high-quality service to patients and visitors.
