The Ministry of Health (MOH) has been nominated for the finals of the International Customer Experience Awards 2021. In this year, MOH is participating in four categories, namely: Customer Experience during the Pandemic, Best Customer Service, Call Center, and Beneficiary Experience Team of the Year. The International Customer Experience Award is the most prominent event of its kind in the world, with 44 categories covering all aspects related to improving customer experiences.
