The Ministry of Health (MOH) has stressed the importance of adherence to prevention measures and taking 2 doses of COVID-19 vaccine to have protection against complications and prevent long-term coronavirus disease.
According to MOH's latest statistics, 102 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been recorded in the Kingdom over the past 24 hours; thus bringing the total number to 545,829 confirmed cases, including 2,311 active cases and 542 critical cases. In addition, 74 new recoveries have been recorded, bringing the total number to 534,908 recoveries. Also, 6 new deaths have been reported; bringing the total deaths to 8,610, May Allah bestow His mercy upon them.
MOH has also advised everyone to contact 937-Service Center for any consultation and inquiries around the clock, obtaining reliable health information and services, as well as knowing the latest development of COVID-19.
