According to Al-Qassim Health Affairs, over the second quarter of the current year, diabetes clinics of the region’s hospitals have provided their services to 27,143 patients; with 23,780 by clinics of the public sector and 3,363 by clinics of the private sector.
It is noted that these hospitals and centers provide diabetes services through several clinics, including eye, sampling, initial triage, follow-up, ICU, endocrinology, diabetes, health education, nutrition, foot care, in addition to dressings clinics.
