According to Al-Qassim Health Affairs, over the period from January 27th to July 31st, 2021, 13,294 inspection tours have been conducted through 2,960 malls, 8,865 retail stores, restaurants, cafes, hair salons, and grocery stores, in addition to 450 mosques.; with a view to ensuring their compliance with precautionary measures to stop the spread of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).
These field tours have been conducted by a monitoring team of 35 specialists, through a number of locations across the region's cities and governorates, including 323 hotels, furnished apartments and labor accommodations, 140 clubs and sports centers, 160 markets, 294 public parks and festivals, and 102 livestock markets.
