MOH Calls for Compliance with Precautions After Getting COVID-19 Vaccine

​​The Ministry of Health (MOH) has underlined the importance of continuation of compliance with precautionary measures, including wearing face-masks and maintaining physical distancing, even after getting the COVID-19 vaccine, highlighting that the vaccine significantly contributes to reducing infection, but does not prevent it, especially since the virus is still spreading. 

According to MOH's latest statistics, 1,055 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been reported over the past 24 hours in the Kingdom; thus bringing the total number to 509,576 confirmed cases, including 10,805 active cases and 1,420 critical cases.

In addition, 1,143 new recoveries have been recorded, bringing the total number to 490,696 recoveries. Also, 12 new deaths have been reported; bringing the total deaths to 8,075, May Allah bestow His mercy upon them. 

MOH has also advised everyone to contact 937-Service Center for any consultation and inquiries around the clock, obtaining reliable health information and services, as well as knowing the latest development of COVID-19.
