MOH Records 1,298 COVID-19 New Cases, Reiterates Call for Compliance with Precautions

The Ministry of Health (MOH) has called upon all citizens and residents to hurry up to register, via «Sehaty» app, for getting COVID-19 vaccine; to maintain the health and safety of all society members, highlighting the importance of compliance with precautionary measures to stop the spread of the virus.

According to MOH's latest statistics, 1,298 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been recorded in the Kingdom over the past 24 hours; thus bringing the total number to 507,423 confirmed cases, including 11,029 active cases and 1,400 critical cases.

In addition, 1,428 new recoveries have been recorded, bringing the total number to 488,346 recoveries. Also, 13 new deaths have been reported; bringing the total deaths to 8,048, May Allah bestow His mercy upon them. 

MOH has also advised everyone to contact 937-Service Center for any consultation and inquiries around the clock, obtaining reliable health information and services, as well as knowing the latest development of COVID-19.
