According to Bisha Health Affairs, over the first half of this year, affiliated hospitals have performed 8,198 surgeries, with 1,829 emergencies 1,295 scheduled surgeries, including 1,174 one-day surgeries.
“Affiliated hospitals have performed 21 cardiothoracic surgeries, 1,393 gynecologic or obstetric surgeries, 181 urologic surgeries, 317 eye surgeries, 28 burns and plastic surgeries, 44 brain and nerve surgeries (neurosurgeries), 566 spine and orthopedic surgeries, in addition to 1,350 other various surgeries,” stated the Affairs.
