The Eastern Region Health Cluster, represented by Dental Services Department, has launched «Not Alone but United» initiative, targeting families of autistic children in the Eastern Region. The initiative aims at providing medical consultations on pediatric dental problems through a virtual clinic, to be followed by a visit to the child's home in case of his/her inability to attend dental clinics, or to be referred to a specialized dental clinic.
It is noted that this initiative will continue throughout the year; due to the importance of monitoring the health and safety of children.
