MOH Records 1,077 COVID-19 New Cases, Warns against Complacency with Precautionary Measures

The Ministry of Health (MOH) has warned people against complacency with precautionary measures, highlighting the importance of continuing to adhere to such measures; to ensure the safety of all members of society, Allah willing.

According to MOH's latest statistics, 1,077 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been reported over the past 24 hours in the Kingdom; thus bringing the total number to 464,780 confirmed cases, including 10,267 active cases and 1,562 critical cases.

In addition, 906 new recoveries have been recorded, bringing the total number to 446,960 recoveries. Also, 16 new deaths have been reported; bringing the total deaths to 7,553, May Allah bestow His mercy upon them. Moreover, 75,059 new Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) tests for COVID-19 have been conducted in the Kingdom's laboratories.

MOH has also advised everyone to contact 937-Service Center for any consultation and inquiries around the clock, obtaining reliable health information and services, as well as knowing the latest development of COVID-19.
