The consultation clinics at the primary healthcare centers (PHCs) in Najran, over the first quarter of the current year, have provided their services to 1,850 beneficiaries, according to Najran Health Affairs.
The Affairs has designated 18 consultation clinics at 8 PHCs as part of the performance improvement programs with the aim of serving patients in their neighborhoods and easing pressure on hospitals. The clinics feature 14 delicate and general specialties, including orthopedic, cardiac, abdominal (general), diabetes, ophthalmology, general surgery, dermatology, thoracic, urology, pediatrics, internal medicine, neurology, neurosurgery, gynecology and obstetrics.
It is to be noted that the PHCs include: Al-Hadan, Aba Al-Saud, Al-Dobbat, Al-Qabel, Al-Areesa, Sultanat Sharurah, South Matar, and Al-Mashaliya center. The PHCs are open Sunday-Thursday, from 01:00 p.m. to 04:00 p.m.
