The Ministry of Health (MOH) has launched an awareness campaign under the theme “Ramadan Saleem” or “Safe Ramadan”, with the aim of emphasizing the importance of adhering to preventive measures during the holy month of Ramadan to curb the spread of the Coronavirus, targeting all members of society.
The campaign includes urging the community members to adhere to preventive measures, such as: wearing a facemask, avoiding shaking hands, maintaining social distancing, and keeping a safe distance; in order to stop the spread of the virus and increase the rate of compliance with the precautionary measures. Through its Twitter page and awareness platform “Live Well”, MOH has published several awareness products on the importance of adhering to preventive measures.
