The Ministry of Health (MOH) stated that active and critical cases Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) are still rising, urging everyone to cooperate and adhere to precautionary measures and keep physical distancing; to stop the spread of the virus, Allah Willing.
According to MOH's latest statistics, 878 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been reported in the Kingdom; thus bringing the total number to 397,636 confirmed cases, including 8,113 active cases and 914 critical cases.
In addition, 578 new recoveries have been recorded, bringing the total number to 382,776 recoveries. Also, 10 new deaths have been reported; bringing the total deaths to 6,747, May Allah bestow His mercy upon them. Moreover, 61,640 new Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) tests for COVID-19 have been conducted in the Kingdom's laboratories.
MOH has also advised everyone to contact 937-Service Center for any consultation and inquiries around the clock, obtaining reliable health information and services, as well as knowing the latest development of COVID-19.
