According to Taif Health Affairs, over the past two months (January and February), the Bariatric Surgery Center of King Abdulaziz Specialist Hospital (KASH) successfully performed 56 successful bariatric surgeries amid all precautionary measures.
Since its inauguration in 2017, the center has performed 701 bariatric surgeries, while obesity clinics have served 3,352 beneficiaries.
