351 COVID-19 New​ ​Cases and Spike in Critical Cases, MOH Says

​The Ministry of Health (MOH) stated that there are no considerations for using COVID-19 vaccine, recommending all people to get it to protect themselves against the virus and its complications. MOH also highlighted that the vaccine is a safe and effective way to get rid of infectious diseases, Allah Willing.


According to MOH, 351 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been reported in the Kingdom; thus bringing the total number to 380,182 confirmed cases, including 2,616 active cases, receiving the necessary medical care. Of these, there are 519 critical cases, while the health condition of the rest is stable. In addition, 418 new recoveries have been recorded, bringing the total number to 371,032 recoveries, all praise is due to Allah. Also, 6 new deaths have been reported; bringing the total deaths to 6,534, May Allah bestow His mercy upon them. Moreover, 47,791 new Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) tests for COVID-19 have been conducted in the Kingdom's laboratories.

MOH has also advised everyone to contact 937-Service Center for consultation and inquiries around the clock, obtaining reliable health information and services, as well as knowing the latest development of COVID-19.
