According to Hail Health Affairs, 6,381 blood donor screenings have been conducted over the past year, and 267 donors were received at the blood banks (15 banks) across the region during the last January. Also, the Affairs has conducted 16 blood campaigns and transported 438 blood units to the region’s hospitals.
The Affairs aims to provide the state-of-the-art lab equipment and technologies and improve the employees’ performance in the field of laboratories and blood banks, including training programs and scientific forums and seminars in order to be positively reflected on the level of services provided for beneficiaries.
