East Jeddah Hospital, over the past four months, has provided its services to 65,398 beneficiaries through virtual outpatient clinics amid the COVID-19 pandemic. These services come in continuation of the precautionary and preventive measures to curb the spread of the virus. Also, the hospital has served 40,188 emergencies and 22,006 outpatients.
During the same period, the hospital has performed 1,721 surgeries, including 1,483 at the maternity ward. These services are provided to patients via direct communication between doctors and their patients. The doctor makes a telephone call to the patient, from the appointment list, to check on his health.
