Minister of Health and Chairman of the Health Endowment Fund, Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah has signed today (Thursday) a community partnership agreement with Rohama’a Society to conduct 1,000 eye surgeries from the waiting list of MOH’s hospitals. The surgeries include cataract, strabismus in children, Avastin injection into the retina, and retinal laser for diabetics.
The agreement comes as a part of the Ministry of Health's (MOH) endeavors to enhance the contribution of the private sector in health development and to enable it to join the public sector in providing high-quality health services in accordance with the actual needs of citizens and in line with the Kingdom Vision 2030.
