Najran Health Affairs, represented by King Khaled Hospital, has launched «Serving You a Priority» initiative with the aim of providing special services to certain categories via WhatsApp without the need to come to the hospital.
According to the Affairs, the initiative targets categories covered by the home care services, the elderly (over 60 years of age), persons with transition needs, persons with disability, and other cases approved by the medical committee. The initiative includes medication refill and delivery through «Makaffi» initiative, printing and delivering medical reports, coordinating appointments, all medical procedures, printing and sending medical examinations, sending patients' inquiries and consultations to their doctors, and facilitating communication with them in cooperation with «Your Doctor at Your Home» initiative.
It also includes making all preparations to receive the patient in the hospital, providing him with the necessary blood from a trolley, escort, and other services, as well as issuing priority cards and sending them to the targeted patients and facilitating the home medical services.
The Affairs stated that the “Serving You a Priority” is available via WhatsApp number 0566986974 from Sunday-Thursday at 07:30 am to 04:30 pm.
