The Ministry of Health (MOH) has recently signed a joint agreement with the Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB); to upgrade advance disbursement using bank cards. The agreement comes in continuation of MOH’s efforts to activate partnerships with the private sector, adopt modern disbursement methods, and limit the use of cash.
In the presence of the Deputy Health Minister for Financial and Administrative Affairs, Mr. Ali Al-Lafy, the agreement was signed by the Assistant Deputy Minister for Financial and Public Services Affairs, Mr. Imad Al-Otaibi and the Bank Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Salman Al-Fughom.
