Tabuk Health has conducted several inspection tours to follow-up implementation of the preventive measures to curb the spread of COVID-19. During the period from August 1st – September 15th, 2020, the Affairs has inspected 14,424 commercial centers, 145 labor housing and 398 hotels and tourist areas.
According to the Affairs, the tours come in continuation of its efforts to implement the COVID-19 preventive measures such as: wearing face mask, keeping the prescribed distance between customers, not allowing more than 3 persons in the sore, abiding by all health instructions and providing sanitizers inside stores. In addition, all stores are required to clean and disinfect shopping carts and cashier desks on an ongoing basis. Also, the tours included all private health facilities.
