Madinah: 191,000 Beneficiaries of «Taakkad» Center to Date

​According to Madinah Health Affairs, since «Taakkad» Center was launched in the region, it has served 191,000 beneficiaries to date. The center (with a 4,000-sample capacity/ a day) features 12 examination rooms divided into two main tracks and six sub-tracks, operated by medical and administrative staff. 


The Affairs calls on all citizens and residents to benefit from «Taakkad» Centers, which continue providing COVID-19 testing services. MOH has devoted these centers for those who do not show COVID-19 symptoms, or who develop mild symptoms after being in close contact with a confirmed case. The centers provide Molecular Diagnostic Test «Swab Test» Services, and require a prior appointment through «Sehaty» App.  

These centers are currently available at vehicle paths and some healthcare centers. The lab tests show the duration of the virus and the categories in which it affect, help to early detect these cases, stop the infection, and prevent its outbreaks.
