The Endocrine Glands and Diabetes Center at Al-Qunfudah General Hospital, over the past year, has provided its services to more than 15,000 beneficiaries through a group of clinics all the week. The clinics include: adult diabetes clinic (12 clinics), gestational diabetes clinic (2 clinics), type 1 diabetes clinic (2 clinics). Also, the hospital allocated the following clinics: a children endocrine glands clinic, 6 endocrine glands follow-up clinics for adults, 5 diabetic foot clinics, an optometry clinic, 10 clinical nutrition clinics, 10 diabetes education clinics, 9 new patient clinics, 5 specimen collection clinics, 2 growth hormone clinics (children and adults), and 10 endocrine and diabetes screening clinics. Moreover, virtual clinics were activated, 2 clinics per a month. The center is enhanced with an elite of Saudi consultants.
