MOH Screens Staff Assigned to Serve Pilgrims

The Ministry of Health (MOH) has screened all those employees assigned from all public and private sectors to work at the holy sites during this year’s Hajj season; to ensure their safety, freedom from Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), and their readiness to serve pilgrims.


This step comes as part of the precautionary measures taken by MOH to implement the Hajj-Adopted Health Plan in accordance with the highest standards, and to ensure the safety and comfort of pilgrims and those staff assigned to serve them during Hajj season. Thus, MOH aims to come out with a healthy and safe Hajj season, especially in light of these global health conditions amid COVID-19 the pandemic.

Hence, MOH has called upon pilgrims and those staff participating in Hajj season to adhere to all precautionary measures, including keeping physical distancing, wearing face masks, and maintaining personal hygiene; to ensure the safety of all.

Also, MOH has called upon all citizens, residents, and pilgrims to follow healthy habits and adhere to medical tips and guidelines issued by the Ministry; to preserve their health and safety and to prevent diseases, Allah Willing
