By Allah’s Grace, the Cardiac Center-Al-Jouf has successfully performed 2,168 surgeries; thus reducing the number of referrals outside the region into 90%. “Since its inauguration in 2017, the Cardiac Center Al-Jouf has served 12,664 patients, with 3,105 inpatients, in addition to performing 2,147 diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac catheterizations and 21 successful open-heart surgeries”, stated Al-Jouf Health Affairs.
It is noted that the center features three operating rooms, an inpatient ward, a surgical ICU, and a cardiac ICU. In addition, the center has been enhanced with a number of distinguished medical competences.
