MOH Advises People to Adopt Healthy Lifestyles during Eid Al-Fitr

The Ministry of Health (MOH) has published, through its awareness platform «#Live_Well»,  an educational video that provided many tips for people to invest the “Stay at Home” period on the days of Eid Al-Fitr, by following a balanced eating pattern, preparing the stomach gradually by starting with small amounts of food, and avoiding fatty foods, in addition to highlighting the importance of exercising for all family members. Through its awareness messages on Eid days, MOH advises people not to excessively eat high-calorie chocolate, sweet products, sugars, and fats that lead to digestive disorders and weight gain.

These activities come as part of the awareness campaign, launched during Ramadan by MOH, in cooperation with SABIC Company; to maintain the health and safety of all members of society, and to urge them to adopt healthy lifestyles.
