On Thursday, King Salman Hospital has signed a community partnership agreement with the volunteer group: «Wroud Noarah»; to distribute food baskets to some beneficiaries of home care service. This comes within the framework of community cooperation and integration between government agencies and volunteer teams; to reduce the impact of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic on some members of society.
By virtue of the agreement, and as part of the «One-Body» Initiative, the volunteer team will provide food baskets to some beneficiaries of needy families, whose social situation has been studied by Home Care Department. It is noteworthy that the hospital serves 380 families of home care beneficiaries, and a supervisory committee has been formed from both sides to complete this initiative.
