Bisha: 3,000 Beneficiaries of Anti-Smoking Educational Programs

​Bisha Health Affairs, represented by the Anti-Smoking Program, implemented 189 anti-smoking awareness events. The program coordinates with the National Tobacco Control Committee (NTCC) and cooperates with the health sectors to visit schools (female and male) with the aim of raising awareness of smoking harms on the health and safety of individuals and community, as well as highlighting the services provided by the anti-smoking clinics and their location at the health facilities. It is noteworthy that the awareness-raising programs served 3,000 persons during the last two weeks.
