106 CME Hours Accredited for Prince Salman bin Muhammad Hospital - Al-Dilam

​According to Riyadh Health Affairs, the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCHS) has accredited Prince Salman bin Muhammad Hospital - Al-Dilam with 106 Continuing Medical Education hours (CME) for 9 training events.​

Each of the following events has been accredited with 16 CME hours: the first annual diabetes symposium, ECG workshop, oral health symposium, annual symposiums on asthma, hypertension, and nursing, as well as 8 CME hours workshop on procedural sedation, adds the Affairs. 

It pointed out that 10 CME hours have been accredited for the internal events of the continuing education for the year 2019, in addition to the training courses accredited by Saudi Heart Association and American Heart Association, they are five courses on basic CPR and two on advanced CPR. Also, 36 students (male and female) have been accredited for training in different health and administrative specialties, and 90-day scientific leaves have been accredited for 43 employees. 

The affairs said that 208 employees have been nominated to attend 51 training courses outside the hospital.
