According to Jazan Health Affairs, over the past year, Bani Malik General Hospital served more than 83,000 patients, 52,669 at the emergency departments and 31,023 at outpatient clinics, as well as 2,425 inpatients.
Also, the hospital performed 1,468 surgeries and 732 birth cases, and the radiology department served 16,421 patients and the mental clinic 1,583 patients. In addition, the hospital conducted 263,620 laboratory screenings and 1,572 medical rehabilitation sessions, issued 112,945 prescriptions and 76,859 meals, and received 905 blood donors, adds the Affairs.
