Riyadh Health Affairs intends to create an advanced dental center in Afif Governorate; with a view to expanding and developing the health services in the region. “The center will feature seven dental clinics, enhanced with digital radiation units. Also, the center will be equipped with a central purifying water treatment unit, a central sterilization section, in addition to a continuing medical education and training unit. The center will provide therapeutic, consultation, and specialized services for advanced dental cases,” stated the Affairs.
It is worth mentioning that, since the beginning of this year (2019) until the end of its third quarter, Afif General Hospital has served 165,225 beneficiaries, with 12,748 emergencies, 37,525 outpatients, and 2,816 inpatients. Also, the hospital has performed 84,997 lab tests and 27,139 radiology examinations.
