According to Riyadh Health Affairs, the Nutrition Department of Afif General Hospital has obtained the international adopted certification of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) System.
It is worth mentioning that HACCP is a systematic preventive approach to food safety by identifying hazards, whether biological, chemical, or physical, and then identifying critical points that need to be controlled; to ensure food safety from poisoning. This system makes the facility concerned with continuous monitoring of the production process (self-monitoring), controlling all production phases, in addition to setting strict laws to prevent any problems or hazards to ensure food processing safety.
