Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minster of Health, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, the Saudi Society for Health Administration will organize its 3rd international conference under the title «The Future of Health Facilities Management» from November 12th-14th, 2019, at King Faisal Conference Hall in Riyadh.
According to MOH, the conference is an international platform for the exchange of ideas and strategies among thought pioneers, specialists, institutions, companies and government agencies specialized in healthcare provision. The conference will be attended by an elite of senior officials from different health sectors, public and private institutions and the society's strategic partners. At the sidelines of the conference, four workshops will be held on November 12, to discuss quality and patient safety, leadership transformation, patient experience, and digital health transformation. Also, seven scientific sessions will be held on Wednesday and Thursday, November 13th-14th. Four sessions will be held on the first day, the first session will discuss governance in the health sector, the second on institutional excellence in healthcare services, discussing quality and accreditation in the Kingdom, leadership role in improving patient safety and leadership excellence. The third session will discuss ambition in health clusters, and the fourth will discuss sustainability in healthcare, including value-based healthcare, efficient implementation of strategy to achieve organizational sustainability in health organizations, and monitoring smart health and system management.
Three sessions will be held on the second day, the first will discuss the artificial intelligence, the second on building leadership talent in health sector, and the third on investment opportunities and integration in healthcare, as well as privatization in healthcare and investment opportunities in the Kingdom, adds MOH.
It is noteworthy that the conference is accredited by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCHS) with 40 Continuing Medical Education (CME) hours for participants in the conference.
