Sabia General Hospital has launched drug and poison information center, which aims to answer all drug-related inquiries, including usage, side effects and other inquiries, electronically. Patients and visitors' inquiries will immediately be answered by the pharmaceutical care team.
This comes in parallel with the World Pharmacist Day, with the implementation of a number of introductory programs on the importance of pharmacist and his complementary role in providing therapeutic service to patients in hospitals and health facilities. Also, the hospital hosted 30 students from Sabia schools, briefed them on pharmacy specialties and took them on a tour of the pharmacy department to get acquainted with its achievements.
