Jazan: Over 3,000 Persons Trained on First Aid

​​Jazan Health Affairs has organized a number of training courses on first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for 3,050 trainees of both genders. According to the Affairs, the courses targeted staff of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Airport in Jazan, leaders and members of volunteer teams in the region and beach-goers, totaling 1198 trainees. It added that the courses benefited 1852 trainees from the general education, including 1139 teachers, and 713 students.​

It is worth mentioning that these courses come in continuation of the Affairs' efforts to enhance community initiatives for individuals in the field of health, and create a healthy community capable of dealing consciously with health emergencies that may encounter the individual; enabling him to have a prompt response, at the appropriate time.
