The Ministry of Health (MOH) has signed a cooperation agreement with the Social Development Bank (SDB) to finance 300 startups and small health activities projects. The agreement comes as a part of MOH and SDB trends to cooperate in awareness, support and finance of health activities projects in the Kingdom. The agreement enhances the efficiency of these activities by using cutting-edge scientific methods and technologies to enable young men and women to start new and creative projects and to support the entrepreneurial environment in the health sector, in line of the objectives of National Transformation Program and Kingdom Vision 2030.
The agreement also comes as part of the bank role meant to achieve economic empowerment through provision of financing products and non-financing services for health projects nominated by MOH with the aim of creating and qualifying economic projects in different fields for Saudi youths, as well as providing specialized capacity building programs for entrepreneurs.
