MOH: Dates Are Perfect for Breaking Ramadan Fast

​In the series of Ramadan awareness messages, the Ministry of Health (MOH) has highlighted the importance of eating dates for breakfast during the blessed month of Ramadan.


In an infographic published on its twitter page within its awareness series: «30 Ramadan Messages», MOH has highlighted that dates are perfect to break Ramadan fast, because they contain minerals, fibers, and natural sugars that provide body with energy.

It is worth mentioning that such awareness-raising activities come in continuation of MOH's efforts to maintain the health and safety of fasting persons, to promote health awareness, and to urge them to adopt healthy behaviors.
