According to Riyadh Health Affairs, Al-Zulfi General Hospital has obtained the accreditation of the Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI), after meeting 20 accreditation requirements, most prominently: the correct identification of patients, the validation of qualifications, reporting medication errors, wrong-site surgery prevention, safe blood transfusion, dangerous medication safety, radiation protection, in addition to other requirements.
“Such achievement comes as part of its endeavors to improve the level of health services provided to beneficiaries,” added the Affairs.
