The National Tobacco Control Committee's (NTCC)- Hafr Al-Batin, at the beginning of the last month, has recorded 7 violations of the Tobacco Control Law, made several pledges and destroyed a number of mu'assel products (flavored tobacco) not compatible with the rules and regulations.
The NTCC continues its inspection campaign on tobacco outlets to ensure that the requirements of the Tobacco Control Law are met. The spotted violations varied among selling electronic mu'assel and its flavors, recycling mu'assel, displaying tobacco products close to the seller or cashier and no warning signs against the sale of tobacco products to minors under 18.
