Makkah Health Affairs, in collaboration with the Disabled Children Association- Makkah, has observed the World Physical Therapy Day at the Association's headquarters. The activity aims to raising awareness about the importance of physical therapy, to enhancing the concept of physical activity to maintain health and prevent diseases as well as reducing complications associated with disability. The importance of physical therapy for the disabled lies on rehabilitation to help children perform their normal life with ease and comfort and facilitate their integration into community similar to their normal peers. On sidelines of the activity, a community partnership was signed between the Affairs and the Association center in Makkah.
