The Northern Borders Health Affairs General Directorate pointed out that the hospitals of the region have provided their health services to 1,043,345 patients over the second quarter of the current year (1438H). It went on adding these hospitals have received a number of 104.251 patients at outpatient sections, 156,605 cases at emergency sections, 45,754 patients at radiology sections, 11,241 patients at physiotherapy sections and 692 patients at dental sections. Besides, the hospitals have conducted a number of 709,871 laboratory tests, 2,047 surgeries and 3,615 home visits, in addition to a number of 9,269 inpatients at the hospitals.
