The Ministry of Health (MOH) announced that the Operations Section at Namira General Hospital in Al-Qunfudah Governorate has conducted 71 surgeries since inauguration of the section earlier this year, while the first surgery for Obstetrics and Gynecology Section was yesterday.
Over the first quarter of the current year, the number of inpatients amounted to 801 cases, while the emergency section received 25,896 cases and the clinics received 21,839 cases. The hospital includes medical support sections such as laboratory, blood bank, pharmacy, radiation and others. It also provides outpatient services through 10 clinics, namely: Dentistry, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Surgery, Urology, Pediatric, Orthopedics, Dermatology, Ophthalmology and ENT.
